Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please read the cancellation policy prior to booking your appointment.
All first time clients are asked to please use the online booking system, as a credit card is required to reserve your appointment and entering that information yourself directly into the system is the most secure option.
The Beauty Bar requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in order to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any notice that is less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee (subject to 100%). Any reschedule or cancellation that is less than 8 hours before the
appointment, or a “no show”, will be charged 100 % of the service fee guaranteed.
A credit card is necessary to hold your appointment, as well as to protect our time and schedules from client "no shows" or late cancellations. Your credit card will ONLY be processed in the event of a "no show" or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
By booking an appointment with DMC Mobile Auto Detailing, you are agreeing to our policies.
