Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy

Due to a large increase of last minute cancellations and no show clients, we have been forced to implement a $25 deposit regarding your appointment. This deposit will go towards your total cost for services rendered. Although we wish we did not have to do this, our livelihood depends on you. Thank you for your understanding.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW

A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. if cancelling within the 24 hour window of your appointment scheduling, your $25 deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit is required to be paid prior to rebooking.
